ATO life. Retreats

The ATO life. retreats are currently online. They consist of guided movement-based classes and practises brought to you at the start of every new season throughout the year. These retreats are designed to help you embrace the new season and support you in whichever life circumstance you find yourself in. 

Pilates and Yoga form the main basis in the retreats; focusing on strength, movement, breath and mindfulness. Come and join our small community, no matter your background. With our physiotherapeutic knowledge, we will be sure to accommodate a variety of injuries and conditions.
