This lightweight movement tool is designed to mobilise the spine and muscles, improve flexibility and achieve backbends. The eco-friendly natural cork surface with TPE foam offers the perfect amount of cushion for your body as your stretch over it. The smooth, but strong ABS wood-effect inner core provides strength and support for a variety of movement and balance practises, including Yoga and Pilates.

Care instructions: Wipe clean with a damp cloth soaked in warm water and a dash of lemon juice. Wipe clean a second time with water only to remove residue. Don't be concerned if The Wheel looks stained after cleaning, this will disappear after drying for 30-40mins.
