There will be x2 live classes per week, via ZOOM for four weeks starting WB 21/03/22 (totalling 8 classes for the entire retreat). The classes will be taught by ATO life. founder Abi.

What's the schedule?
TUESDAYS at 18:30 - Vinyasa Flow Yoga - let's get creative and move in a variety of ways, with yoga principles and breathing to guide the way. The style, pace and intensity will vary week to week, to remind us of the beauty of change in Spring.
SUNDAYS at 10:00 - Restorative Yoga - whether it feels like summer in the light or winter in the shade, we will slow down and focus on the breath to aid total relaxation.
